Directions to Wilton Park

FROM LONDON BY CAR:

If leaving from Central London, go through the West End, take the Hammersmith Bridge, and then the A3 Kingston By-pass, turn left at Hook Corner onto the A243 sign-posted 'Dorking'.
The A243 leads onto the A24. Keep on the A24 (heading towards Worthing) for approximately 25 miles (40km) to Washington.
At the Washington roundabout, turn left, sign-posted 'A283 Steyning'.
Follow the A283 for 2 and a half miles (4km) and after warning signposts reading WISTON HOUSE - WILTON PARK, turn right into the drive, which after a mile will bring you directly to Wiston House.

The journey can take 90 to 120 minutes, depending upon traffic.

From outer London it may be quicker to take the M25 to Junction 9, turn off onto the A243 at Leatherhead, then keep on the A24 as above. At the Washington roundabout, turn left, signposted 'A283 Steyning'. Follow the A283 for 2 and a half miles (4km) and after warning signposts reading WISTON HOUSE - WILTON PARK, turn right into the drive, which after a mile will bring you directly to Wiston House.

FROM THE CHANNEL TUNNEL:

Take the M20, M26, M25, M23, then the second sign for the A264 (sign-posted Pease Pottage/Horsham).
Follow signs towards Horsham until first sign for Worthing (A24). Follow signs for Worthing until Washington roundabout. Then turn left, sign-posted 'A283.
Follow the A283 for 2 and a half miles (4km) and after signposts reading WISTON HOUSE - WILTON PARK, turn right into the drive, which after a mile will bring you directly to Wiston House.

FROM BRIGHTON:

Take the A27 driving in a westward direction.
Having passed through the Southwick Hill Tunnel take the next exit ( by Shoreham Airport ) and at the roundabout take the second exit on to the A283 (signposted to Steyning amongst other places).
At the first roundabout continue towards Steyning on the A283.
At the second roundabout ignore the signs to Steyning village and continue on the main road (the Steyning By-Pass).
The turning in to Wiston House drive is on the left hand-side and is preceded with a sign 100 yards before the entrance (approximately 6 miles from the 27).
