Our 8-hour day delegate rate includes:
- Arrival Tea / Coffee
- Mid-morning Coffee and Cookies
- Hot and Cold Buffet or Two Course Lunch (including vegetarian alternative)
- Afternoon Tea with Cake
- Hire of main Meeting Room and conference equipment
Our 24-hour residential rate includes:
- As above, plus
- Three Course Dinner with Cheeseboard, Coffee and Handmade Chocolates (including vegetarian alternative)
- Overnight accommodation in ensuite bedrooms
- Full English and Continental Breakfast
- Selection of daily national newspapers available to read
- Use of leisure facilities
The following conference facilities are provided to all conference clients:
- Conference room laid out to meet the clients requirements
- Syndicate room (subject to availability)
- Overhead and LCD projector, video screen, flipchart pads and pens, conference folders and paper, pencils, mineral water and sweets
- Full technical support is available through the day

- Transport to or from airports and rail stations
- Telephone or fax facilities
- Photocopying/printing
- Shop purchases
- Laundry service
- Provision of wine or other drinks
